Mainly responsible for the execution of field operations, program coverage, planning and management of National Socio-Economic Registry-BISP survey activities in the designated district.
Close liaison with district government and law enforcement agencies and line departments for establishment of SDPI NSER District and Tehsil offices and smooth implementation of project.
Leading role in the field staff hiring (identification, recruitment, capacity building) for smooth project implementation.
Conduct the Training of Field Staff of all Tehsil of allocated district.
Manage and Monitor the financial matters of district as well as Tehsil level.
